A CBD-rich mostly sativa strain developed by Israeli cannabis company Tikun Olam, Rafael (sometimes spelled Raphael) provides a functional, pain-relieving high. This strain can be quite difficult to find in the United States, but cannabis connoisseurs who have been lucky enough to try it say that its buds have a fruity smell and a fresh, sweet peach flavor. Rafael's flowers are undoubtedly gorgeous, their trichome-covered, fluffy, light green buds each accented by patches of thick peach-colored pistils.
