We combine packs to hit your seed count, add each shop's US shipping, and credit free-ship thresholds, so “$50 plus shipping” never outranks $58 delivered. Where a bank's rate isn't confirmed the row says “+ shipping” and ranks at a median $11, never as if delivery were free.
