About Friesland

Developed by the pioneering Dutch seed bank Super Sativa Seed Club (SSSC) in the 1980s, Friesland is a legendary heavily indica strain that's the result of extensive outdoor selective breeding in the cold and damp region of Friesland in the north of the Netherlands. Only the sturdiest, mold-resistant plants were able to survive in this harsh environment, resulting in a strain that is ideal for outdoor cultivation.

As you inhale, you may feel a rush of euphoria that leaves you feeling relaxed and at ease. Your mind may become hazy and dreamlike, allowing you to drift off into a peaceful, sleepy state. You may also experience a pleasant warming sensation throughout your body, leading to a deep sense of physical relaxation, which makes it the perfect strain for helping you unwind after a long day.

This strain has a rich terpene profile with large trichomes and a potent terpene profile featuring hints of cream and glue.

Friesland plants are known for their sturdy, medium-sized structure and broad leaves, and they display beautiful hues during the flowering stage.

This strain is recommended for experienced growers looking for a unique and weather-resistant strain with a rich terpene profile, and when harvested outdoors should produce exceptional results.
